We have had to file 2 claims in the past couple of years. We filed one for a vehicle and then also a roof claim for hail damage. Both claims were processed very timely. Misty was pleasant and always had documentation and detail on hand when needed. She would call to provide regular updates and ensure we were doing ok. With the auto claim, they allowed us to pick the mechanic and then followed up to verify the work was being completed. Due to the number of home owners that experienced damage from the hail we also received, the roof took a lot longer. This was not at all a result of the agent, but due to the limited number of roofers in our area and them being backed up with work. While we waited for the work to be completed, we received several phone calls checking status and making sure we had no questions. We like that our agent regularly checks to make sure we are receiving the best rate from the insurances they work with as well. We truly receive great service all around!”
