So we moved to a new home in the beginning of the year. The first contact we made with them was in November of 2016 and they came back with a decent quote. We were moving to a rural area so we could no longer use our current insurance anyways Joseph Sandoval provided us with a very reasonable quote and then we found it even better when we bundled our auto insurance. We thought we were all set up but after we closed on our new home we found out that the auto never got transferred because they were missing information from us only we were never contacted about this problem. So I reached out to him and we finally got that fixed only to have them send me another bill a month later that made no sense since we had full paid for our insurance and thought we were good for the next 6 months. So I reached out to him again and he said he would get it figured out and get back to me only I never heard back until I got another bill. At this point I was frustrated and I let him know. Later that day he got back to me and everything has been fixed and going much more smoothly.
