My wife and I went into see Gene Hayes and we were astonished with how pleasant he, and his office staff were. We talked to him about a lot more than just car insurance. He told us stories about how he used to be in politics and how much the local community has grown and changed over the years. Even though we had just moved to the area, he made us feel at home.

We actually decided to go with him based on our (read: my wife’s) intuition that he was a warm person. His photograph online is severely outdated, but his candor and exuberance is something I hope I have at his age.

Overall the experience was great, and I can not imagine having another agent any time soon.
