Have Contact with multiple agents through my work. One common client was using the agent for a transaction and through the was very nice and helpful so I asked him if he could provide a quote for my own insurance. He sent back quotes from multiple companies with different pricing and insurance options that would fit. for me quickness and ease of use are two of the most important factors when selecting the agent that I would like to use. Phil provided that and allowed me to review and complete everything electronically and not in person. Which fits my needs. He also provided improved coverage at a lower cost which of course part of the reason to select my agent as well. To me having his quick response when quoting and issuing the insurance gives me the confidence that he will be there when I neeed him in the future. Since he belongs to a company as well this provides addtional support and may be available when he is not.
