The agent offered renters insurance which I was weary about, but due to the multi line discount it actually saved me more money overall on my insurance, which was great. I didn’t have much money to spend and didn’t want to dig myself into a hole. But their helpfulness was genuine and they didn’t seem like they were just trying to get more and more money from me. Even though I’m a younger insurer they still offered me a standard car insurance plan with the best rates I was able to get after looking at over 5 different companies. I felt comfortable with the people in the office and I was able to do most of the sign up process online. I prefer them over some of their competitors because they have a local office and I don’t have to do everything over the phone. It’s nice to have a face to face relationship with your insurance company.
