I originally contacted the agency after my previous carrier sent me a notice that I had to have extensive brick pointing done to continue my insurance. I explained the situation and he arranged for someone to come out and inspect the property. Their opinion was that there was no problem, and they saw no need for the work. I then received a quote from Erie which was 25% less than my previous carrier and actually had better coverage. My insurance has now been in force for three years, and the rate has not changed. Since then I have referred several family members, all of whom have had positive experiences.

There is always someone available to personally answer phone calls, and calls are always returned in less than a day if someone is not immediately available to address a question.
