I am pleased with my State Farm auto insurance. In the past, I tried a few other auto insurance companies. Their prices were reasonable at first, but then they raised them by ridiculous amounts whenever it was time to renew. They were just testing me to see how high they could raise it before I quit. It’s a very insulting business practice. State Farm, however, gave me the lowest initial rate and, so far, has kept it there. Mr. Crain, personally, has been a fairly good agent. I’ve spoken with him on the phone, and we got everything sorted out. One criticism, though, is that I once sent him an email related to the policy and he never responded to it. But when I called him, we were able to resolve the issue.
