1. I knew this agent when I lived in an apartment. The apartment office recommended them to us. At that time, our car insurance was a little expensive. We inquired this one, and found its premium was pretty reasonable, so we changed our auto insurance to this one. In 2010, we bought a house and had to buy how insurance. We contacted them again, and was told that they provided combined insurance discount. We decided to buy home insurance from this agent, too. One afternoon, I drove to her office and discussed the details about the auto and home policies. That was the first time we met though I had their policy over years. She was very nice and professional. Her office even prepared lots of toys and books for children (I brought my 5-year old daughter there). She explained almost every items to me, let me choose options by myself. She was patient and did not give me any pressure at all. I spent about 1 hour and gt a very nice insurance policy.
