I recently moved from another state to Pittsburgh. I chose this agent because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching companies. I wanted to show up to her office and get a quote, sign the paperwork, and leave. It was mostly pleasant enough, although she tried to sell me on some things I was not interested in. She wanted me to also get life insurance, and then she proceeded to explain to me the difference between term and whole life insurance. I told her I already knew the difference and that I wasn’t interested, but she continued. Overall, she was able to do the things I wanted to do quickly enough, but I would not recommend her to someone else, and I will try to limit the amount of times I need to go speak to her.
