My experience with Donna Fleming has been a very positive one because she always provides great customer service for my husband and I. If we need to reach out with any questions, she is always available quickly to help us. She is very honest and doesn’t try to upsell on anything you don’t need, and she works with the specifics of your situation. She was very good at evaluating our house and being honest about the best ways to maximize our coverage without having to cost us a ot of money, and she was very good at answering all of our questions and concerns and making us feel at ease when we bought our house. She has been similarly good at addressing any of our concerns with our car insurance and has found discounts for us proactively without us having to ask. She is always on top of things and looks out for her customers. In general, she is very down to earth and easy to talk to.
Our experience with Donna Fleming has been very positive. We initially approached her for signing up for house insurance through her (and State Farm) because her office was very close to the home we bought. We decided to purchase a policy because she was very knowledgeable about the policies and could easily answer questions in a sincere and honest manner. She was very thorough when inspecting our house to make sure it could be insured, and she was very forthright in responding to any questions. Since being insured through her for 6 and a half years, she has always been very responsive to questions, when we have had to make policy adjustments, and it never takes her long to call back if a message has to be left. She gives the impression that she cares very much about all of her clients based on how quickly she responds and takes the time to talk through issues. We have thankfully never had to make a claim, but I feel comfortable with the idea of having to do so because our previous contacts about adjusting policies, billing issues, and the like. I see no reason to change insurance agents in the near future.
