Robin is an experienced agent who has helped me navigate all the changes in my life and changes in my insurance – from when I first got my very own car to when I got married and wanted to merge our insurances. She has been enormously knowledgeable and helpful – not to mention friendly and down to earth. She’s been a breath of fresh air as well! We were in a bad accident about a year ago and she helped us take care of our totaled car, getting a rental, and making sure we had everything taken care of for putting our new car on our insurance. She’s been a stellar lady and a stellar agent and we have no plans on leaving her care! The only down side is due to previous accidents it is quite expensive but she helps us get the most bang for our buck.
