1. First of all I would like to say that this agent took over the office that I have my insurance in. I filled in the information that I know to be true from emails and papers that I have received. When I tried to look up the address and phone number I was disappointed that his information isn’t updated on the state farm website.

   I am a student so I haven’t spoken to sonny directly but did receive a letter stating that he was the new agent leading that office. I did receive a phone call from a woman in his office telling me the same thing as the letter.

   I have received other phone calls pertaining to my policy and payments and I am particularly annoyed at the quantity of phone calls. The woman I originally signed up with (in person) was very helpful and very understanding that I was a student. She tried to fix things without calling me unless absolutely necessary because I am in school in Arizona so there is a time difference. Of course I understand that it is necessary to communicate with your clients but I just wish they wouldn’t be so quick to jump to calling.
