I signed up for my insurance with Mike because of a work friendship I had with his wife. The experience was great for a couple of years, but lately it has not been so good. It seemed to get not so good when his wife started working with him. Because they work together, they do not seem to hesitate to take extended lunches, close for the day or arrive late. Getting ahold of someone in the office is difficult.
When I had a small accident, the response from Mike was very slow. I am starting to feel like the service I get is not as good as it can be because I am friend. If I can figure out a way to do so without hurting my friendship, I will soon get insurance from someone else.
