I have been able to contact our agent and get information easily enough. The policy given to us meets my expectations and the price is fair and even lower that I was hoping. I have not yet had to make a claim, so I do not know how quickly that is generally done or how satisfied I would be with that service. I also don’t know how much it will affect premiums. I have had to search for more coverage with him though, and he was helpful and informative, though he was not always quick to send emails, and he thought he sent us information, but it had actually never made it to us. He was very apologetic and worked hard to make up for this issue though, and there have been no issues beyond that one instance.
