1. I have had a wonderful experience working with Chester at State Farm in Plattsburgh. I have had this policy since I was a new driver, at sixteen years old. I still remember my initial meeting with Chester, where he advised me to drive slowly in the snow and watch out for moose—they will ruin your car. He found me some of the best discounts available to young drivers. He helped me acquire a discount simply for being a good student—I want to say that it took at least 15% off of my car insurance bill. He even let me maintain this discount throughout college when I had good grades, and for a few years after—I could simply ride on that success!

   Most importantly, Chester was by my side when I had one of the more stressful experiences in my driving career. I wrecked my car by sliding in the snow (ironically, because he had advised me against this) and caused a significant amount of damage. Chester was great about expedited the claims process for me and making sure that I was soon back in a brand new vehicle. He was clear about explaining the coverages and getting me through to when I was in a new driver’s seat. I was terrified and stressed out throughout this whole ordeal but he made sure that it was as pain-free and low-stress as possible, understanding that I was a young driver and inexperienced as well. I will remain with Chester for as long as possible because I really enjoy working with him!
