My experience with Kelly’s agency has been fairly good from the start. Yes, there are ups and downs, but they’re never a fault of the agency, more of the climate of the area we live in. Southeast Michigan has some of the highest auto insurance rates in the nation due to Detroit being a haven for false insurance claims. Kelly’s people have always done their best to make sure we are getting the best coverage that suits our needs for the lowest possible cost to us. This summer I had leased a new car and the insurance was very high. They made sure I got a credit check which ended up reducing my premiums by a full one third, which was very appreciated.
The staff is courteous and remembers the customers so I don’t feel like a stranger when I go in. Paying is easy and convenient; they’re more than happy to take a payment over the phone if you don’t have time to mail it in.
We have our home and three cars (one of which is a teenage driver) insured through her office. We actually inherited Kelly as a insurance agent since our home was insured through her by my father. We inherited the house and the insurance agent. At that point we started bundling our insurance to get better discounts, and I even switched my insurance from another carrier saving even more money. I look forward to using Kelly’s office as my insurance provider for many years to come.
