The agent is very informative, attentive, keeps me up to date on any changes, or anything coming up in policy changes that will effect me. He goes out of his way to make sure I am a happy customer. He has a drop off payment box attached to his office that is very convenient after hours. He has a very friendly ans personable staff who is knows just about all the insurance questions that I have, he calls me back with the day, I have never had a bad issue when I had to make a claim, all went smoothly. There are good advantages to having other types of insurances with this company, they offer a very good discount if I want to add on life insurance and rental insurance.
