The reason I chose this agent was I previously had a different agent that was rude and didn’t want to give me a new and lower quote for insurance. They just ran the same one and tried to send it to my mortgage company! Tonia was great with my needs, and found me the cheapest and best insurance for my family. The cost was half of what I was paying with the other insurance agency. She also sends holiday emails wishing us well, and sends little greetings that make us smile and know that she cares. She will check in occasionally as well. She will also send updates about combining insurance to save even more money than we currently do. We haven’t taken advantage of that yet. I would recommend this company to everyone.
