Jeff Evans office has been my families agent for more than 30 years and has always handled us with an eye toward saving money and full security. We have recently called the office after having roof damage from recent hurricanes. After entering all of my information I received a call from a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. That call resulted in my being called by an adjuster in less than forty eight hours and making an appointment for tomorrow.
Over the years Jeff has made sure to keep all of the extraneous charges that State Farm adds without permission to your policy. I have never had a claim before but my family has and all of them were payed quickly and appropriatelly. When we were dropped because of flooding issues Jeff got us reinsured immediately.
