I came to Florida a few years ago and needed to change insurance carriers. Craig was referred to me by a close friend as a very dependable agent. I called him and he was very patient and knowledgeable about the insurance industry is Florida. I have been with this agent and insurance for four years and have been very pleased. I had several questions regarding my coverage over the years and when I call the office, I can almost always speak to Craig directly. If I need to leave a message, he returns my call with the needed information very promptly. I have been very impressed by his caring and knowledge of the industry. He is always happy to offer me advice that will suit my needs and be very personalized. I have referred several others to him.
I had a different auto insurance carrier and was not pleased with them. The rates continually went up dramatically without reason. My friend recommended this agent to me. I called him and was impressed with him from the very beginning. His willingness to work with me was greatly appreciated. He listened to my concerns and was able to lower my cost dramatically and allow me to keep my same coverage. The other insurance company tried very hard to convince me that their insurance was much better. That did not work with me. I am extremely happy that I have switched to this agent. Any calls to his office are answered promptly and courteously. I will stay with this agent for the foreseeable future and be very happy with my switch.
