Agent’s office has friendly and kind employees. Whenever I have a question I am able to call in and get my questions answered in an easy to understand manner. Whenever I miss my payment I receive a phone call from my agent reminding me about the payment. The agent is always understanding and courteous. Any payments can be made over the phone with the agent or online, which I find very convenient. The main reason that I went with American Family Insurance was that I receive a discount because my parents used them as well. This discount made them the cheapest option for the coverage that I received. Overall customer satisfaction is very high and I would recommend them to any friends or family who needed a new insurance provider.
