She was extremely helpful. I’d just moved to Maine from Delaware and she knew every the angle for every question. I ended up saving a few hundred dollars. When I first moved here, I had Progressive as insurance, and dropped them after they kept raising my rates. I think Ashley was very proactive and wanted to bring me aboard as a client because of my negative experience with Progressive. It seems like there is a bit of a rivalry, even though she did not directly discuss any rivalry. She was very professional, courteous and offered me several options for car insurance. One I committed, she sent me forms for more savings. She recommended that I carry more than the minimum needed for liability as many people up here have huge expensive trucks that start out around 50 to 60 thousand dollars to replace. With that, I ended up paying like 110 dollars for 6 months of coverage!”
