She has been quick about getting paperwork handled (and following up with me at one point when I had forgotten to sign a form and return it to her). I like being able to do most of our business via e-mail rather than on the phone or in person. She does send ads for car insurance to my e-mail and house frequently, and I would prefer not to get quite so many. She seems courteous and professional and is one of the most direct Allstate agents I’ve ever dealt with in that she answers questions clearly and the answers are generally to my satisfaction. Although I prefer to do business via e-mail with her, her office is close to where I live and I like having the option of going in person if that is ever necessary but still having the backing of a big company like Allstate.
