Getting started with this agent was easy. I had a phone interview to validate my auto and home information, answered a few questions and the coverage was active immediately. I had the unfortunate opportunity to try out my auto insurance a few months ago when I was rear-ended by another driver. The claim process went smoothly and efficiently. I was assigned an adjuster immediately. I received correspondence both by email and regular mail, which made it easy to keep track of the processing. I had numerous medical claims from several different providers, and these were paid quickly and efficiently. The adjuster phoned me several times to check in and to see if I needed additional help. This process helped to turn an unfortunate experience into a virtually painful process, as I was able to handle all of this from home and didn’t even need to go into Dan’s office to get this claim completely resolved. I am very satisfied with the service.
