Tom Barnard is more than an insurance agent. He is more like a friend. He is very knowledgeable in the products he provides. I can see him around town or in the grocery store and he always calls me by my name and asks how everything is going. For the record, I did not know Tom prior to having this insurance. I can call him for any question I may have and if he doesn’t know the answer, he will investigate further and find out the answer and then call me and let me know what he found out. State Farm has a true winner in Tom Barnard. I do not plan on seeking insurance anywhere else. I have my homeowners, mortgage life insurance, life insurance and has 5 cars insured with him. I may can get lower prices elsewhere, but the customer service would not be the same.
