He wasn’t my original agent, I guess that one was fired so my account was transferred to this agent. After years of not actually meeting him my car was rear ended while parked and a claim was needed. I have only had to met with him just once while processing that claim, and he was courteous and competent. Not only did my claim feel important, but it was handled quickly and favorable. Plus it did not raise my insurance rates which is always a good thing. I have referred him to all my friends and family since, as I will continue to do so since he offers great service at an affordable price. Yes, I know I could spend a few dollars less per month on geico, but I wouldn’t have the peace of mind of a local agent to solve my claim.
