I always work with Jasmine when I call or need anything. She is wonderful! She walked me through getting homeowners insurance for the first time, and helped me out when my credit card was stolen, and I forgot to change my payment information with State Farm. I called her for auto insurance to see if we could get a better rate than what we had already, and there was no pressure from her to change to State Farm. Everyone else in the office is always friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone. They weren’t the cheapest when we were purchasing homeowner’s insurance, but they were the most helpful, explaining all my options, and telling us what coverage we needed, and what was extra and not necessary in our situation.
