1. John is very personable and compassionate. He took a real interest in my needs and locating the best policy for my car, my home, and my business. John invested a large amount of time in locating the most cost effective coverage that provide adequate coverage. Each year John and his staff review my needs and search to see if there is better coverage for a better price with my current provider as well as others.

   John and his firm partner with many of the large insurance providers so I know I am getting a competitive rate and from an established company that will cover my expenses in the time of need. John and his staff are always very thorough when it comes to following up on items and they also reach out to me proactively when something in my coverage changes. His team is also available whenever I have needed them and they return my calls and/or emails in a timely manner.

   Another characteristic that I particularly like about John and his firm is that they take the time to explain things clearly to me. There are sometimes terms and conditions that are difficult for the average person to understand. John and his team explain things in a patient way that is easy for me to understand.

   I also like the fact that John’s office is local and if I need something he is only a short drive from my home. I prefer working with a local person as opposed to calling an 800 number of working with large call centers. John and his staff not only help me, but also several members of my family. I am very appreciative of the service that he provides.
