Every interaction with my agent has exceeded all of my expectations. That is also true for all of the staff in her office. My husband and I had some damage to our home last year after a major storm came through the area. We had water running down our walls every time it rained and we could not get a call back from our agent. I spoke with her secretary three times and each time she told me that Ms. Newkirk would get back to me that day. She never called me back. I had to practically force answers out of her secretary for help as to what we needed to do to get our home taken care of. About a week after I got everything figured out on my own with a couple of phone numbers from the secretary….Ms. Newkirk finally calls me and she doesn’t even applogize. We were so dissappointed and switched to a different State Farm Agent as soon as we could.
