1. This office had a high employment turnover rate in the past. When I first began doing business with them there were only two office staff members. One particular office staff member was rather rude each time I called. After several years she ended up leaving the agency. When I visited the office to make a payment it was hard to catch them open. At times when the office was supposed to of been open they were closed with a handwritten note on the door. Now there is a new office staff member at the agency. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding. I don’t mind calling her and she knows exactly who I am we have established a nice business relationship. Rarely do I get a chance to speak with my Insurance Agent himself but we have learned to build a nice relationship over the past 8 years. I have been doing business with him for around 10 years. I don’t mind calling on them to assist me when I am in need. They have seen me through many hardships and happy moments in life.

2. Last year I bought a new car and naturally this came with having to buy my own car insurance for the first time in my life. My parents had State Farm growing up, so naturally that is the first company that I looked into. Though it was a touch expensive, John Hill has always been extremely willing to help and personable. If I ever had a problem with my policy or even so much as a question, he’d respond promptly. I have no complaints about the overall service. On the flip side, however, his prices aren’t competitive. Geico as well as several others in my area, are significantly cheaper. I have a clean driving record, so that’s not a factor here at all. Every other interaction I’ve had with him, however, has been nothing but positive.
