In 2015 I was in a major car accident. The person who hit my car had AAA insurance. I had the hardest time trying to get a hold of my agent, and when my agent finally called me back, he gave me vague information and details of my claim. When the Agent at AAA called me he treated me better than my own personal insurance at the time. He called to see how I was doing and if I needed to see a doctor. What surprised me was they gave a rental car covered by the other persons insurance! They issued me a generous check that paid for a down payment for another car.
