My agent lives in my neighborhood. Before I moved my insurance to his firm, we had a bad Hurricane that came through our area. We sustained quite a bit of damage to our new 1 1/2-year-old home. Mr. Jimmy helped everyone in our neighborhood with cleaning up the damage. He never mentioned that he was an insurance agent during all the time that we worked cleaning up the neighborhood. He was just one of the people in the neighborhood who had also sustained damage from the storm and was helping anyone that needed help. Basically alot of manual labor. I met him later at a home show where he was there representing his agency. I had problems dealing with the insurance agency that I was covered by during the storm, so once I realized that Mr. Jimmy was an agent, I moved my insurances to his agency and have been extremely pleased since.
