My experience with Andrea goes beyond just purchasing an insurance policy. From the very beginning, Andrea was more than accommodating to my needs. She drove about 35 miles from her office to the city I lived in so that I could sign my policy, which was amazing because she did it on my time schedule. Also, when it came time to invest in my life insurance, she had someone come to my house to do the physical. I’m not sure if that is common practice, but I thought it was great! Andrea has always been there when I called, with friendly staff to assist me when she couldn’t see to my issue personally. When I went out of the country for a short time, she even sent me an email to say hello and ask how I was doing. It is always nice to know that I have such a positive relationship with my insurance agent. I will be a client for life.
