He is always very friendly, conscientious, considerate and professional. He does tend to talk a bit too much, but otherwise, he has served our needs well. He helped us get the best deal for our homeowners and car(s). He evaluated our usage and needs based on the rates available and got us the best deal. His office is clean, his office is very professional. We have never had any problems with our rates, and the one time we had a payment issue, his office was very helpful in getting our information updated in their system. We enjoy having him as our insurance agent. We would recommend him to friends and colleagues should they need a recommendation for a local insurance agent. All in all, I would give our experience an A+.
