1. I’ve been covered by Allstate since I started driving (nearly half my life now). David is my agent, and I’m really satisfied with my experience with so far. I have not been in any accidents, so I don’t have any personal experience with claims. However, I’ve found that David is very open and willing to help if you have any questions and encourages communication – very good customer service. Additionally, I’ve done some basic research, and while I always feel like my premiums are high, I’ve found they’re actually lower than the average for my demographic in my state (which makes me happy). I rarely visit the physical office, but the payment process is easy to handle online, the emails I get from David and the other agents at his office are helpful and informative, and I know I can always call.

2. Mary has been doing our insurance at my job for a number of years. I was looking for an insurance agent that specialized in renter’s insurance. I called around and found out that Mary has the cheapest around. Mary will always go out if his way to make sure your needs are met. Mary offer’s personal service and will come to you. This could be your home or place of employment. I have found this very beneifical because I currently don’t have a way of transportation, If you need a copy of your policy or have any questions you can just call and speak to him directly. His family is also a customer of our business and he always send’s more work our way. Mary Payne has been awesome to us even though his father died late last year”
