Chuck is a very experienced and knowledgeable insurance agent. He is very easy to talk to and works to make sure he is getting you what you need. He is always available whenever I’ve needed to contact him. He previously worked at a different agency when I met him and I’ve followed him from his old agency to his new one. He offered my wife and I several different options, explained the differences between the two, and offered his recommendation as to what coverage limits he thought we should have. He then came back with multiple quotes from a couple different reputable insurance companies. His office staff is also very helpful and attentive. We haven’t ever needed to make a claim, and I can only hope that if we do, it will be as easy as it was in picking the policy itself.
