When I first went to his office everyone was very pleasant, very accommodating, and seemed like they genuinely cared. But that quickly went out the window. They signed me up for the wrong type of insurance, which cost me a lot of money that I did not have. Then when they went back and tried to fix it they lost the paper work and I had to go back down to the office to fill out more. They did finally get this solved and were nice enough to give me a few free gift cards to local businesses. After that I was in a minor car accident. I was fine, the car was not. They quickly did the paper work and got the car in the shop. But then it happened again, they tried to change my coverage which resulted in more money that I did not have.
