Not sure what else to say. Insurance agents are experienced best if you don’t have to experience them at all. If you are having to be in constant contact with them then obviously something went wrong in life and you are having to submit a claim. I have been happy with this company because I haven’t had to submit any claims and the prices are affordable. I can’t talk to how they handle claims because I haven’t had any. However, when/if I do file a claim, how smoothly it goes is very important to me and could require me to leave the company if it was not handled satisfactorily. So in summary so far so good with this insurance company and agent. In the future I will redefine my views about the company on how they handle any claims that I submit.
