1. My family has used this agency since I was a child. Previously, it was known as the Hudnell Agency, but when Stephanie Hudnell retired, Mr. Grekov became the manager of record. Since my parents had experience with this agency (pre-Stephanie Hudnell years), I signed up for their services as soon as I owned a car. I don’t particularly associate my experience with Allstate with the agent of record, but all of the communications from Mr. Grekov have been informative and he always lets me know when there are discounts available or if their are new services which are available to purchase. I like how he doesn’t try the hard sell” approach and I never feel pressured to buy services which I don’t feel are necessary. Recently I was involved in a slight fender-bender in a parking lot, where another person scraped against my rear bumper. I called my Allstate firm and told them that I was unable to deal with the issue because my wife was about to go to the hospital within the next several days to give birth to our first child. My Allstate office said that since we weren’t at fault, all I had to do was submit pictures online and I would receive a deposit to my bank account to deal with the issue in the future. I felt that this was both compassionate and convenient as a consumer.
