This agent is a little aggressive, but he is very clear on what is available, which makes it easy to work with him. He shared a variety of options from which my husband and I could review together in order to make a decision. He was also very knowledgable on the spectrum of offerings, and how those may impact us down the road. I appreciated his candidness and willingness to provide clear, in-depth information for us. I think he spends too much time trying to sell us additional items, and provides convincing arguments for why and how we should consider and use certain offerings, but I never feel pressured by this. I think that he shares these items as a requirement of his role, but again, I never feel pressured and am able to make an independent decision. Overall, he is a good communicator, clear on options, and listens to your needs.
