I’ve been with State Farm since I got my driver’s license and was under my parents’ insurance. When I moved to Rochester I looked for a local state farm agent and found Sue. She’s not the only agent in Rochester but she is the closest to where Iive and work. She and her staff are very prompt in answering emails and telephone calls and I’ve been satisfied with their service. They recommended adding the renter’s insurance as it didn’t actually increase what I paid thanks to discounts. I got a new car last spring and they helped me to change coverage very quickly and without much effort. The only complaint I’ve had is that I’ve had an increase in my premium even though I haven’t submitted any claims, but I suspect that doesn’t have much to do with her personally.
