Jimmy Russell phones me periodically to discuss my insurance needs and make sure I am adequately covered. He contacts me to make sure claims are being handled to my satisfaction. He always contacts me by phone if he wants me to consider other options or additional coverage. Jimmy even calls me each year to wish me Happy Birthday. These are the little personal touches that I appreciate and can only get from a local agent. He is always available to me if I reach out to him by phone or email. He has a FaceBook page and keeps updates posted on financial tips for success and getting ahead, facing retirement, and just general information about the products and services his company can provide. Jimmy is an excellent representative for State Farm.
