I have been with State Farm for the last 9 years at this location in Wilmington, IL. Since I’ve been there I have had at least 4 different agents. I had met the original agent and the previous agent to Mr. Valentine. The fact that this location keeps changing agents irritates me. I know my coverage is still the same and it really should not matter who my agent is, but the thing that irritates me the most is when this location changes to another agent, I do not get notified. I have not received a single phone call or letter from my current agent introducing himself or inviting me to swing by the office to review my policies and see if there is anything he can do to lower my premiums.
