They send us cancellation notices even though our payment comes straight from the bank but they don’t have a very good office staff. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times over this, and other, issues but they very rarely answer their phone or call me back. Every time I am able to contact them, they never answer my questions and instead take notes to hand off to someone else in the office but that person never does contact me back either. And of course when I call to follow up they aren’t available or don’t answer the phone. When I finally track someone down, and they manage to find my file, they always tell me everything’s fine and up to date and have no idea why I’m getting notices but only days after the call, i get another cancellation notice.
