When my husband and I were looking for a house, our mortgage company recommended Max. I am always on the fence about recommendations because there could be something in it for them. But we developed trust with our mortgage company and I decided to talk to him. I could tell immediately Max cared about his customers. Whenever I am looking to get a product, especially one I am unfamiliar with like home owners (it was our first house) I always need thorough answers to my questions and sometimes ask the same question multiple times. Max was very understanding and went out of his way to make me feel informed and at ease. After shopping around, we managed to find a company that charged similar prices. But the agent was no where NEAR as involved and thoughtful as Max was. There wasn’t even a choice for me; we would go with Max Staples as our very first agent for home owners insurance! We bundled our car in too as it was cheaper overall and we honestly were not satisfied with our current agent for car insurance. It’s been almost 4 months at this point and Max has continued to be a very good communicator and shown actual concern for the well being of his clients even after he acquired our business. I could recommend him to anyone looking for insurance!”
