We had a house fire in 1997 and got dropped by our insurance carrier. I ran through 20-30 agents in the phone book and no one could give me the answer I needed. Geary did not immediately have the information either, and the company he worked for at the time did not offer the coverage that I needed. He told me he would find out what I needed to do to get my home insured after it was rebuilt. He did his research, found the answer and helped my out when no one else would. As better products became available to me, he switched me to those products. He has been my agent since 1998 and I plan on staying with him as long as he is in the business. The value of someone who cares and will go the extra step to help cannot be overstated.
