Customer experience is superb. I always have a good experience and never have a problem with them. The one downfall is that they are definitely more expensive than my other options. I called around and could get really good car insurance for a couple hundred dollars cheaper. But I don’t want to sacrifice customer service. Also, my whole family goes to them so they already know the connections and everything so they aren’t as formal when I see them which feels good. He is always available to meet with and he doesn’t just make you see a secretary or anything. He’s funny and personable. I’ve also had him find me discounts for so many things and make sure I was getting the best available rate I could. Overall 5/5 would recommend.
I went with this agent because my father has been using him for years. I didn’t shop around or bother to check with other places on their prices before I bought insurance from state farm. I haven’t had to make any claims so I don’t know how they are in that respect but I expect service to be typical. Regular auto insurance without collision is $80 which is reasonable to me considering the vehicle I drive and my history of accidents. Their rate is in line with what other agents have charged in the past. My only interaction with the agency is when I go to make my payment every month. The location is very close to where I live so it’s convenient to drop off a check and they always seem friendly.
