This insurance agent is very thorough in her work. The agent always shares all the options and guides to choose the best one that suits us perfectly. The insurance agent is very prompt in no matter what we ask her. The insurance agent’s response is always very comprehensive. She is otherwise a very polite and reasonable lady. the agent unlike her counterparts that we have seen in other countries that we have stayed earlier, is very courteous and helpful. When we email her with some query, even at late night, we get a response almost early in the morning the next day. She knows her job very well and does not make us feel that she is unavailable when we need her the most. The insurance agent is a kind of blessing to us as we can call her up or even email her with any kind of query and questions and she is very prompt in responding to us.
Before we chose her, we had quite a few options but when we spoke to her about the different options and how she would or could help us, we found she was very knowledgable and very eager to help us and have us as her clients. The agent has really made our lives simpler as we can totally rely on her and depend on her about all our insurance related matters, be it about our car or our house. Overall, this insurance agent is really very helpful and is of great service.
