I have had my insurance through American Family for about 10 years now. Overall it has been a good experience for me and my family. Every time I’ve had an insurance claim it has been taken care of perfectly. I have had at least 3 claims while under American Family and each time it was fixed quickly. The only concern I have, however, having moved a few times with this insurance, they never seem to change my address. I have called. I have emailed. I have even stopped in to change my address. But nothing has been changed. It is pretty annoying that I am at risk of getting a ticket each time my insurance renews because they don’t have my correct address, therefore they cannot send me a new insurance card.
