I appreciated not having to go into an office or get a big sales pitch for a bunch of different services as I really only wanted renter’s insurance for my apartment. I liked that they were relatively close if I needed to stop in for something, though I haven’t needed to do so yet. I did call them once on the phone and the process was simple.
